Pràctica compartida / Projecte Sàhara, de Santa Coloma a Dajla (subtítols en anglès)
IES Ramon Berenguer IV (Santa Coloma de Gramenet) is a school which began working the values of solidarity and cooperation actively 15 years ago, as well as the awareness of other cultures and the environment. They have always understood the pedagogy of values out of the knowledge of the other one and the action as a method of approach. The journey to a camp of Saharan refugees in the Algerian desert is one of their most important projects regarding the development of intercultural values and of the knowledge of the Third World. Since year 2000 they have carried out this stay every year with a duration of 10 to 14 days before Easter holidays.
